What Is Free Flow Somatic Entrainment?

Free Flow Somatic Entrainment is an in-person, body-based practice that works directly with the nervous system and the body’s energetic field to support regulation, coherence, and integration.

Through gentle physical contact, stillness, and attuned presence, the system is invited to unwind patterns held across the physical, emotional, and mental layers — patterns that often show up as tension, discomfort, or a sense of disconnection from the body.

Rather than applying force or technique, this work meets the body where it is and allows its innate organizing intelligence to lead the process.

As the system settles, energy, awareness, and movement naturally reorganize toward a state of free flow — restoring embodied presence and internal coherence.

Evie Ballantine is a Somatic Entrainment Practitioner training directly with John Amaral as part of his first cohort of practitioners, receiving hands-on instruction in the same somatic entrainment approach used in his private practice.

Her work is rooted in nervous system regulation, embodiment, and coherence, offering a steady, grounded space where the body’s innate intelligence can lead the process of integration and restoration.

Each session is guided with care, clarity, and respect for the individual’s unique system.
