Somatic Entrainment Services
Free Flow offers Somatic Entrainment sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and gentle restoration.
Sessions are calm, non-directive, and attuned to the body’s natural rhythms.
Clients may book individual sessions or choose a package for ongoing support.
Please note: Somatic Entrainment services are not covered by insurance.
New Client First Somatic Entrainment Session
This initial session is designed for those new to Somatic Entrainment or to working with Free Flow.
Time is taken to support safety, orientation, and settling into the work. Gentle, hands-on contact is used to support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness.
Includes:
- A brief intake and assessment
- Your first somatic entrainment session
- Recommendations for a supportive course of care.

Ongoing Somatic Entrainment Session
Ongoing sessions offer continued support for nervous system regulation, embodiment, and integration.
Each session unfolds based on what the body presents in the moment, without force or predetermined outcomes.
30-45 minutes | $175 per session
Session Packages (Optional)
Somatic Entrainment is most effective when experienced consistently, allowing the nervous system to integrate and stabilize new patterns of regulation over time.
For clients who feel called to ongoing support, multi-session packages are available. Each package may be booked directly based on your preference.
Packages are often chosen to support continuity, deeper settling, and gradual nervous system reorganization over time while offering preferred per-session pricing.
Single sessions and packages are both available. There is no requirement to purchase a package.
Available Packages:
4-Session Package – Support over a short series. $160 per session (Save ~9%)
8-Session Package – Deeper continuity and integration. $155 per session (Save ~11%)
12-Session Package – Extended support for long-term regulation. $150 per session (Save ~14%)
