Free Flow offers Somatic Entrainment sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and gentle restoration.
Sessions are calm, non-directive, and attuned to the body’s natural rhythms.
Clients may book individual sessions or choose a package for ongoing support.
Please note: Somatic Entrainment services are not covered by insurance.

Your first appointment is designed to help you understand Somatic Entrainment, explore what brings you to the session, and experience the work in a way that respects your individual needs.
What's Included:
Once you book your first appointment, you'll receive an intake form and informed consent form by email. Please complete and return both before your scheduled session.
Your care begins before we meet. Reviewing your information in advance allows me to become familiar with your needs, prepare for our time together, and help determine an appropriate focus for your session.
75–90 minutes session

Learn what Somatic Entrainment is, how a session works, and what you can expect, so you can arrive feeling informed and comfortable.
- Personalized Conversation About Your Goals — $20 value
Time to discuss what brings you in, what you've been experiencing, and what you'd like to explore during your session.
- Your First Somatic Entrainment Session — $175 value
Your initial entrainment experience, guided by your individual needs and the session itself.
- Personalized Recommendations for Next Steps — $50 value
Receive recommendations based on your session and individual needs to help you consider whether continued sessions may be appropriate for you.
- Personal Follow-Up Within 24–48 Hours — $20 value
A personal check-in after your appointment to see how you're doing, answer questions, and hear about your experience.

Ongoing Somatic Entrainment Session
Ongoing sessions offer continued support for nervous system regulation, embodiment, and integration.
Each session unfolds based on what the body presents in the moment, without force or predetermined outcomes.
45-55 minutes | $175 per session
Session Packages (Optional)
Somatic Entrainment is most effective when experienced consistently, allowing the nervous system to integrate and stabilize new patterns of regulation over time.
For clients who feel called to ongoing support, multi-session packages are available. Each package may be booked directly based on your preference.
Packages are often chosen to support continuity, deeper settling, and gradual nervous system reorganization over time while offering preferred per-session pricing.
Single sessions and packages are both available. There is no requirement to purchase a package.
Available Packages:
4-Session Package – Support over a short series. $160 per session (Save ~9%)
8-Session Package – Deeper continuity and integration. $155 per session (Save ~11%)
12-Session Package – Extended support for long-term regulation. $150 per session (Save ~14%)
