This package is designed for clients seeking short-term continuity and gentle nervous system support across multiple sessions.
The 4-session option allows space for settling, orientation, and early integration without long-term commitment.
Sessions unfold at your pace and are guided by the body’s responses in each moment.
This package may be supportive if you:
Are newer to somatic work
Want consistency across a short series
Prefer flexibility without extended commitment
Sessions may be scheduled at your own pace unless otherwise noted.
Somatic Entrainment Session:
35–45 minutes
4-Session Package: $640 ($160 per session)
Sessions are available to clients 18+. Minors require parental consent.
