This session is designed for new clients and those experiencing Somatic Entrainment for the first time.
The focus is on creating safety, orientation, and a calm environment where the nervous system can begin to settle. Touch is gentle, respectful, and guided by the body’s responses rather than techniques or outcomes.
Sessions are quiet, grounded, and paced according to your comfort.
